2021 Volleyball Tickets on Sale and Promotional Slate Announced

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Tickets are now on sale for the West Virginia University volleyball team's 11 regular-season home matches as announced by the WVU Ticket Office on Monday.
Fans can purchase tickets by visiting WVUGAME.com, calling 1-800-WVU-GAME or at the Mountaineer Ticket Office, located at the Gold Gate of the WVU Coliseum. All tickets are general admission.
When purchasing online, tickets are $5 each and $3 for groups of 10 or more. At the WVU Coliseum ticket window, tickets will be $7 for adults, $5 for youth and seniors and $3 for groups. The discounted online pricing will be available until first serve on game day. Fans are encouraged to order tickets in advance online at WVUGAME.com to avoid lines at the gate.
Tickets for WVU students are free with a valid student I.D.
The WVU Athletics Marketing Office has also announced the 2021 WVU volleyball promotional slate for the season.
West Virginia officially opens its home slate, when the Mountaineers play host to George Washington, UMBC and Penn State as part of the annual Mountaineer Invitational on Sept. 16-17. WVU will give away vouchers for a free hot dog and drink to the first 100 fans in attendance at Thursday's match against the Retrievers of UMBC at 5:00 p.m.
West Virginia will return to the court on Friday, Sept. 17 as the squad goes head-to-head with Penn State at 7 p.m. The Mountaineers will be doing a t-shirt and gold shaker giveaway for the first 500 fans during their evening tilt. The match will also be the first Friday Night Happy Hour of the season, with half off all beverages from the time gates open one hour prior to the match until first serve.
The first of two Dollar Nights of the season is scheduled for the 6 p.m. Oklahoma match, WVU's first Big 12 contest of the season, on Friday, Sept. 24. All tickets and select concession items will be just one dollar. The match will also be a Friday Night Happy Hour from 5-6 p.m.
The Saturday, Sept. 25 match against Oklahoma, presented by WVU Medicine Children's, is a Gold Rush match, all fans are encouraged to wear gold. The Mountaineers will be giving away 150 gold headbands as part of the promotion. Saturday's contest will also be the Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer match, where the Mountaineers will dawn gold shoelaces courtesy of Go 4 the Goal foundation and WVU Medicine Children's. The match will also be a Mountaineer Kids Club t-shirt pickup day with special appearances by MKC mascot Musket as well as Mr. Twister's Balloon Art and Face Painting.
West Virginia will welcome Baylor on Friday, Oct. 22, and will be the annual Luau night. The first 300 fans in attendance will receive a gold/blue lei as part of the promotion. Friday's match will also be a Happy Hour from 5-6 p.m.
The Mountaineers will return to the court on Saturday, Oct. 23 to take on Baylor at 5 p.m. Saturday's match will be the annual Pink match presented by the WVU Cancer Institute. There will be a pink ribbon giveaway to the first 500 fans. The WVU Cancer Institute will be on site selling shirts for a minimum $10 donation. It will be Mountaineer Kids Club Day for WVU volleyball with a special giveaway and food for Kids Club members in attendance, as well as a t-shirt pickup day. The MKC mascot Musket as well as Mr. Twister will be in attendance.
West Virginia will host Kansas on Thursday, Nov. 4, presented by United Bank, at the WVU Coliseum at 6 p.m. The match will be the final Dollar Night of the season. The match will be televised on ESPNU.
The Friday, Nov. 5 matchup with the Jayhawks at 3 p.m. will be another Friday night Happy Hour. Friday's match vs. the Jayhawks will also be televised on ESPNU.
WVU's match on Thursday, Nov. 18, at 5 p.m., vs. Texas Tech will be the annual canned food drive match to benefit WVU's student food pantry, The RACK. Any fan who brings a canned food item to donate will receive $3 admission to the contest.
West Virginia closes its regular-season home slate against Texas Tech, presented by Coca-Cola, on Friday, Nov. 19. It will be Senior Day, as WVU will celebrate the careers of their seniors following the conclusion of the match. Additionally, the first 250 fans in attendance will receive a rally towel courtesy of Coca-Cola. The match will also be the final Friday night Happy Hour of the season.
