WVU Adds Match at Howard University

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University volleyball team added a match at Howard University, on Friday, November 12, in Washington DC. First serve is set for 6 p.m. ET inside Burr Gymnasium.
The two teams last met on Aug. 28, 2010, when WVU claimed a 3-0 win at the WVU Classic. The Mountaineers are 3-0 all-time against the Bison.
West Virginia opens the season with a nonconference exhibition match at home versus Kent State on Aug. 24. The squad will then be on the road for three consecutive weekends, starting with the Old Dominion Tournament in Norfolk, Virginia, on Aug. 27-28. While in Virginia, WVU will take on Loyola, followed by host Old Dominion on Aug. 27, and Hampton on Aug. 28.
