MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women's soccer team is set for its final home game of the regular season, as it welcomes Colorado to Morgantown on Sunday, Oct. 20. Kickoff at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.
 
It's Senior Day, and the Mountaineers will celebrate 10 senior members of the squad and their contributions to WVU during their careers. Senior Day festivities will take place pre-match, beginning at 12:35 p.m., following team warmups.
 
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance by visiting WVUGAME.com or calling 1-800-WVU GAME. When purchasing online, tickets are $6 each. Any remaining tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for youth and seniors at the stadium ticket window on match day.

WVU student tickets also will be made available at the Mountaineer Ticket Office, located at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium. The office, as well as the stadium gates, opens at 11:45 a.m., on game day. WVU students are admitted for free with a valid WVU Student I.D.

Sunday's matchup marks the first-ever meeting between West Virginia and Colorado. The Buffaloes are set to become the Mountaineers' 123rd different opponent all-time. Additionally, Colorado is the third of three new opponents for WVU this season, as it met Delaware for the first time on Aug. 15 and Arizona State for the first time on Sept. 26. Over the last six years, WVU is 8-3-2 against first-time opponents, including 2-0 so far this
season.
 
Last time out, West Virginia suffered a 1-0 loss to No. 19 Texas Tech at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium in Morgantown on Oct. 17. In a defensive battle that saw the two teams keeping the other from placing a shot on goal, a Texas Tech penalty in the 41st minute proved to be the difference in the match. The Mountaineers had their own penalty opportunity to equalize in the 67th minute, but fifth-year senior midfielder Lilly McCarthy's attempt was saved, and the Red Raiders claimed the victory. In the final box score TTU just outshot WVU 8-6, including 4-2 in shots on goal.
 
Junior forward Ajanae Respass is pacing the WVU offense this season with six goals, four assists and 16 points. Fifth-year senior midfielder Lilly McCarthy is tied with Respass for the team lead in assists, while junior forward Taylor White is second on the squad in goals with five this season.
 
Danny Sanchez is in his 13th season as the head coach at Colorado, with a record of 143-83-38 during his time in Boulder. The Buffaloes are 10-2-4 so far this season, including 4-1-4 in Big 12 play. They are coming off a 0-0 draw at Cincinnati on Oct. 17. Shyra James paces Colorado's offense with six goals and 13 points so far this season. Goalkeeper Jordan Nytes has notched 68 saves and a 0.861 save percentage between the posts for Colorado this year.
