Radio and Online Streaming Schedule Announced

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University baseball fans will have numerous ways to follow the Mountaineers again this year, as the radio broadcast schedule and affiliate list, along with online streaming information has been announced for the 2018 season.
The Mountaineer Sports Network from IMG will broadcast 39 regular-season games in 2018. The radio schedule begins on March 16, opening day at Monongalia County Ballpark, and continues with every game through the end of the season, including the postseason.
Fans throughout the state will be able to listen to the Mountaineers on various radio affiliates, listed below, while fans across the country can listen to the broadcast on the WVU Gameday App and the TuneIn App on their mobile device, as well as online at WVUsports.com.
Additionally, all home games will feature a free video stream that is available on WVUsports.com and the WVU Gameday App. New this season, fans also can access the video streams via Roku.
Roku, a set-top-box streaming device that retails for as low as $29.99 or service integrated into newer smart TVs, has more than 15 million active monthly user accounts and is estimated to have more than 30 million active monthly users – users that can now access MountaineerTV by downloading the West Virginia Mountaineers channel.
Dan Zangrilli and Ernie Galusky will once again call all the action in 2018. Zangrilli begins his second season behind the mic as the play-by-play voice of West Virginia baseball, while Galusky returns for his 11th season as the color analyst.
In Morgantown, fans can tune in to flagship station Jack-FM 100.9 (WZST), while games will air on WPDX 104.9-FM and 750-AM in Clarksburg. Fans in Sutton-Gassaway can tune their dials to WSBG 1490-AM and 96.5-FM, while those in Richwood should tune in to WVAR 600-AM. WVAR 98.1-FM in Summersville will broadcast the Mountaineers, while WMTD 102.3-FM in Hinton will also carry every game.
Additionally, WRNR (740-AM/106.5-FM) in Martinsburg and WJYP (1300-AM), WMON (1340-AM) and WSCW (1410-AM) in Charleston will broadcast select games, and fans are encouraged to check their local listings. WVBD (100.7-FM) in Beckley-Fayetteville will air postseason games.
For each broadcast, the pregame show will begin 15 minutes prior to first pitch.
