Another All-America Team For Sills V

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Yesterday, David Sills V was named second team AP All-America.
Last week, Walter Camp also named him to its All-America second team.
Today, The Sporting News listed the Wilmington, Delaware, resident to its All-America first team.
That's three of the five All-America teams recognized for consensus status. The Football Writers Association of America did not have Sills among its two All-America teams and the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) All-America team has yet to be revealed.
The 6-foot-4, 203-pound junior caught 60 passes for 980 yards and a nation's-best 18 touchdowns this year. He caught a season-high nine passes in the season opener against Virginia Tech and exploded for 153 yards and three touchdowns a week later against East Carolina.
Sills also caught three TD passes in Big 12 victories over Baylor and Texas Tech.
He was one of three finalists for the Biletnikoff Award, presented to college football's top wide receiver.
Preparation is underway for West Virginia's Dec. 26 Saxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl game against 6-6 Utah at the historic Cotton Bowl.
The team had two workouts over the weekend and will resume practice on Thursday as the University wraps up final examinations this week.
The Mountaineers (7-5) will depart for Dallas on Thursday, Dec. 21, and will continue workouts down in the Big D leading into Tuesday's game against the Utes.
Tickets for the game remain on sale through the Mountaineer Ticket Office and can be purchased by calling 1-800-WVU GAME or by logging on to WVUGAME.com.
