Robert Glowacky is in his second year as the director of football operations and fifth year on the football staff.
He is involved in all areas of the day-to-day operations of the football program. He assists with the management of the football budget, the planning, travel and settlement coordination for the coaching staff, the planning and execution of the high school coaches’ clinic and summer camps, oversight of student volunteers and interns and player housing and insurance.
During home games, his duties include game operations, overseeing game-day workers, postgame meals and ticket and pass distribution. On the road, he is involved with road game operations, including ticket and pass distribution, players’ travel arrangements and hotel logistics.
Glowacky contributes to the recruiting efforts of the program, arranging travel and meal logistics for the official visits. He serves as the program’s liaison in arranging player meals during the year.
Before taking on his current role, he served for two years as a football graduate assistant in the areas of administration, recruiting and operations.
Prior to his time as a graduate assistant, Glowacky worked with the premium seating areas at Milan Puskar Stadium. He assisted in areas of customer service for premium seating and various aspects of donor relations. He oversaw the training process for staff members and handled event duties on game days.
He also worked as a student assistant from 2008-13, overseeing the recruit video library to ensure it was organized effectively for use by the coaching staff.
Glowacky, a Morgantown native, earned his bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary studies from WVU in 2013 and his master’s degree in public administration in 2015.
He, and his wife, former Megan Radcliffe, live in the Morgantown area.
