West Virginia

In 2008, the Mountaineer defense was nationally ranked No. 11 in scoring defense, No. 16 in pass efficiency defense and No. 16 in turnover margin.

Coached all-BIG EAST cornerback Ellis Lankster, who was a sixth round draft choice of the Buffalo Bills.

Kentucky

In 2007, the Wildcat defense ranked in top 25 in fewest passing yards allowed

Minnesota
