MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Due to inclement weather, Thursday's men's soccer game between West Virginia University and No. 9 Akron has been ruled a no contest.
The game started on time but was stopped in the 47th minute with Akron leading, 1-0. Officially, no stats count from the game.
West Virginia returns to Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium on Monday, Sept. 7, against George Mason. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
