Football Fan Day Set for Aug. 28

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University football fans will have the opportunity to get autographs from Mountaineer players and coaches at the team's annual Fan Day on Friday, Aug. 28.
Coach Rich Rodriguez, assistant coaches and players will sign autographs and visit with fans from 2-3 p.m., in the West concourse area of Milan Puskar Stadium. Fans should enter through the West Gate (Press Box Side), which will open at 1:55 p.m. Admission to the event is free of charge.
In an effort to accommodate as many requests as possible, each fan will be limited to one (1) autograph item. Setting up posed pictures with players and coaches will not be allowed in order to keep lines moving and to give as many fans as possible the chance to get autographs.

As an added benefit, 2026 WVU Football season ticket holders, Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) and WVU Football 1100 Club members will be able to enter the stadium early, beginning at 11:30 a.m. to have the chance to watch the Mountaineers practice on Mountaineer Field from noon until approximately 1:15 p.m. Members of these groups will automatically receive tickets (the same number of season tickets on their account) for the event directly to their WVUGAME.com account the week of the game and will be notififed via email when they have arrived. MAC members who are not football season ticket holders will receive two (2) tickets per account. Eligible fans that attend this portion of the event also will enter the West Gate (Press Box Side) entrance into Milan Puskar Stadium.
Free parking will be available in lots A1, E, F1, F2, F3 and F4, and the parking garage on Don Nehlen Drive. Please note that parking may be limited in these areas due to the event taking place during normal business hours.
Fans will be able to pick up the 2026 football schedule poster and magnet during the autograph session.
Season tickets, 304 and 681 Mobile Passes, mini packages and single-game tickets are on sale now for the 2026 campaign at WVUGAME.com.
