
2025 Mountaineer GameDay Preseason Special

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Mountaineer GameDay returns this weekend to set the stage for an exciting new era of WVU football.
Get the latest on fall camp and a preview of the competitive landscape in the Big 12 Conference during the annual Mountaineer GameDay Preseason Special, hosted by Gold and Blue Nation's Nick Farrell, Ryan Decker and Sydney Cariel.
Head coach Rich Rodriguez also will join the show with veteran play-by-play announcer Tony Caridi to provide exclusive insight into his team's preparations for the new season. Rodriguez will return to the sidelines of Milan Puskar Stadium Aug. 30 when he leads the Mountaineers against Robert Morris in the home opener.
The Mountaineer GameDay Preseason Special will air Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout West Virginia and in parts of neighboring states. Watch this one-hour TV special on the following stations at the following times:
Friday, Aug. 15
Fans can also watch Mountaineer GameDay every Saturday morning before West Virginia football games this season. Live pregame coverage will begin on game days at 10 a.m. on WBOY, WOWK, WTRF, WVNS and DC News Now, and continue at 11 a.m. on SportsNet Pittsburgh.
