MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The No. 10 West Virginia University men's soccer team returns home for a Sun Belt matchup with Old Dominion on Wednesday, Oct. 22. Kickoff from Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium is set for 7 p.m.

WVUGAME.com or calling 1-800-WVU GAME. Tickets for WVU students are free with a valid student ID. Fans can enter a raffle to win a ball signed by the entire Mountaineer squad.
The Mountaineers are 9-2-2 on the season after falling on the road to Georgia State, 2-1, on Saturday, the first loss in Sun Belt play for West Virginia since 2023. Sophomore
Braedon Smith scored for WVU, his first as a Mountaineer.
Despite the setback, the Mountaineers still sit atop the Sun Belt table with 12 points in a three-way tie with Marshall and Kentucky, two teams WVU has yet to play this season. Georgia Southern, who WVU beat earlier this year, is in fourth with nine points.
Junior
Pablo Pozos leads the Sun Belt with 10 goals this season while Caldeira has seven. Caldeira has a team-high seven assists while sophomore
Isaac Scheer has five and Dekel Daks has four. Caldeira and Pozos both have 21 points, tied for most in the conference.
Old Dominion is led by second-year head coach Tennant McVea, who is 12-12-6 during his time in Norfolk. The Monarchs are 5-4-4 overall this season and 1-2-2 in the Sun Belt after drawing with UCF, 1-1, in their most recent match.
Lewis Rourke leads the team with six goals while Alex Kryazhev has a team-high six assists. Michael Statham has made 38 saves and recorded three shutouts in goal for the Monarchs.
