
Mountaineers in the Pros: Week 20

In Week 20 of the 2021 NFL season, four former Mountaineers saw action during the Divisional Playoff Round. Titans linebacker, David Long Jr., recorded eight tackles, including six solo stops, one sack and one TFL against the Bengals on Saturday afternoon. The third season lineman logged action on all 62 offensive plays and six special teams snaps.
Tennessee fell to Cincinnati, 16-19, as the Bengals advance to the NFC Championship Game. Former WVU lineman and current Bengals guard, Quinton Spain, will face former Super Bowl champs, the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday to determine who advances to Super Bowl LVI.
Cincinnati Bengals (Bengals 19, Titans 16)
Quinton Spain – OL – 7th season – Started at left guard and logged action on all 64 offensive plays and five special teams snaps. The Bengals advance to the NFC Championship game.
Green Bay Packers (Packers 10, 49ers 13)
Rasul Douglas – CB – 5th season – Started at cornerback and saw action on all 54 defensive snaps and six special teams plays. Douglas recorded four tackles, including two solo stops.
San Francisco 49ers (49ers 12, Packers 10)
Colton McKivitz – OT – 2nd season – Logged action on three offensive plays and three special teams snaps. The 49ers are headed to the AFC Championship game.
Tennessee Titans (Titans 16, Bengals 19)
David Long Jr. – LB – 3rd season – Started at linebacker and saw action on 41 defensive plays. Long recorded eight tackles, including six solo stops, one sack and one tackle for loss.
