MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Big 12 Conference has announced that WVU's Saturday, Sept. 12, football game against Eastern Kentucky at Milan Puskar Stadium in Morgantown, West Virginia, will be played at noon, ET and be televised on FS1.
