
Coach Brown Has Arrived in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – New West Virginia University football coach Neal Brown has arrived in Morgantown in time for a Sunday evening meeting with the team.
He will remain in Morgantown through tomorrow handling administrative matters before departing for the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Convention out in San Antonio, Texas.
Brown was officially announced as West Virginia's 35th head football coach on Saturday, Jan. 5.
He is one of six FBS coaches to win 10 or more games in the last three years at Troy, where this past season he led the Trojans to a 10-3 record and a 42-32 victory over Buffalo in the 2018 Dollar General Bowl.
Brown posted a 35-16 record with two regular-season Sun Belt championships and three bowl victories during his four years at Troy.
