Dan Zangrilli sits down with Mountaineer football's new director of player personnel, Brian Bennett, to get the backstory on the relationship Coach Neal Brown developed with recent quarterback enrollee Austin Kendall in this week's Mountaineer Insider podcast.
Brian also offers some valuable insights into Brown's recruiting philosophy and how he plans to build the West Virginia University football program moving forward. Brown was able to preserve all of West Virginia's early signees, and his staff is currently out on the road looking to add to this year's roster on Wednesday, Feb. 6.
Brian was one of three administrative staff members introduced earlier this week along with Mark Perry, director of football administration, and Patrick Johnston, director of football operations.
