December 20, 2018 02:16 PM | Wrestling
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University wrestling team has announced match times for a pair of home duals at the WVU Coliseum.
The Oklahoma State match on Friday, Jan. 18, and the Army dual on Friday, Feb. 1, are set to begin at 8 p.m. ET.
Family Day is scheduled for the Oklahoma State match on Jan. 18. Families can purchase four tickets and receive a $15 concession voucher for $25. Mountaineer Maniac students also in attendance will receive free food and a giveaway item. Additionally, the Mountaineers will sign autographs following the match.
West Virginia closes its regular-season home slate against Army on Feb. 1. It is Senior Night, and WVU will celebrate the careers of Christian Monserrat and Joe Wheeling following the match. It's also Mountaineer Kids Club Day, and fans will have an opportunity to receive the Mountaineers' autographs one last time following the match.
Fans can purchase tickets by visiting WVUGAME.com, calling 1-800-WVU-GAME or at the Mountaineer Ticket Office, located at the Gold Gate of the WVU Coliseum. All tickets are general admission.
When purchasing online, tickets are $5 each and $3 for groups of 10 or more. At the WVU Coliseum ticket window, tickets will be $7 for adults, $5 for youth and seniors and $3 for groups. The discounted online pricing will be available until the start of the first bout on match day. Fans are encouraged to order tickets in advance online at WVUGAME.com to avoid lines at the gate.
Following a holiday break, the Mountaineers head south for several matches, taking on Virginia, Michigan State, North Dakota State and Purdue, as part of the South Beach Duals, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, from Dec. 29-30.
