Award Winners For the Delaware State Game

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performances in the Mountaineers 59-16 win against Delaware State at Milan Puskar Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 16.
Offensive Champion – Elijah Wellman; Defensive Champion – Al-Rasheed Benton; Special Teams Champion – Brendan Ferns; Offensive Scout Champion –T.J. Simmons; Defensive Scout Champion – Connor Barwis.
The Mountaineers travel to Lawrence, Kansas, to face Kansas on Saturday, September 23, at Noon, ET. The game will be televised on ESPNU.
