Wednesday’s Game at Penn State Postponed

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Wednesday’s West Virginia University baseball team’s game at Penn State has been postponed, due to forecasted temperatures expected in the State College, Pennsylvania, area.
Details on a make-up date for the contest will be announced at a later date.
West Virginia hosts Jacksonville for a three-game weekend series this weekend. The home opener at Monongalia County Ballpark is set for Friday, March 24, at 6:30 p.m., and Saturday’s game will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday’s series finale has been moved up to a noon first pitch, to accommodate a change in Jacksonville’s travel schedule. Tickets are available for all three games at 1-800-WVU GAME, WVUGAME.com or at the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the WVU Coliseum.
All three games will be streamed at WVUsports.com and broadcasted on the Mountaineer Sports Network from IMG on various affiliates throughout the state, online at WVUsports.com, on the Mountaineer Gameday App and the TuneInRadio App. Links to live streams, radio broadcast and live stats for all three games can be found on the baseball schedule page on WVUsports.com.
Season tickets, single game tickets, flex plan tickets and mini packs for the 2017 WVU baseball season are on sale now. Fans can purchase tickets by calling 1-800-WVU GAME, going to WVUGAME.com or visiting the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the WVU Coliseum. The 2017 schedule is available on WVUsports.com.
