Prep: Four-year starter and two-year team captain for Coach Ralph Schiavo at Audubon High … as a senior, he ran for more than 2,400 yards and 12 touchdowns … first-team all-state selection … selected for the Maxwell Award, given to the most valuable player of the tri-state area (New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware) … South Jersey Sportsmanship Award … two-time all-conference performer … two-time All-South Jersey … rushed for more than 1,200 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior … also lettered in wrestling, track and golf … first student-athlete in school’s history to receive 16 letters … finished eighth in the state in the 800m … also ran the 1,600m.
