TULSA, Okla. –
The No. 24 West Virginia University wrestling team hits the road to compete in the 2025 Big 12 Wrestling Championships from March 8-9, at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Preliminary and quarterfinal matches will begin at 11 a.m. ET on Saturday, March 8. Semifinal and consolation quarterfinal matches will start at 6 p.m.
Consolation semifinals begin at 1 p.m. and finals start at 9 p.m. on Sunday, March 9. The first three sessions will be live-streamed on ESPN+. The championship final will air on ESPNU.

Tim Flynn said. "It's a great opportunity to qualify for the NCAA Championships and to win a Big 12 title."
In its last outing, West Virginia (10-7, 4-7 Big 12) defeated Arizona State, 24-13, on Feb. 23. West Virginia also eclipsed 10 dual wins for the third season in a row for the first time since 1985-88.
Five Mountaineers earned a seed for the championship with fifth-year
Peyton Hall leading the way as the No. 2 seed in the 165-pound bracket.

Jett Strickenberger is No. 3 at 125 pounds, redshirt sophomore
Brody Conley is No. 6 at 174 pounds, redshirt senior
Dennis Robin is No. 7 in the 184-pound weight class and redshirt sophomore
Ian Bush is No. 5 at 197 pounds.
Last season, sophomore
Ty Watters became the fourth Mountaineer to win an individual title at the conference championships. West Virginia placed sixth, marking its best finish in program history.
West Virginia also tied a program record with seven Mountaineers on the podium.
