Robin Earns At-Large Bid to NCAA Wrestling Championships

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Redshirt senior Dennis Robin of the West Virginia University wrestling team earned an at-large bid in the 184-pound weight class to the 2025 NCAA Wrestling Championships in Philadelphia from March 20-22.
Robin joins fifth-year Peyton Hall, senior Jett Strickenberger, redshirt junior Jordan Titus and redshirt sophomore Ian Bush as the Mountaineers who will represent WVU at the championships.
This marks Robin's second career appearance at the NCAA Championships. He represented WVU at the 2022 championships.
This is the third consecutive season that West Virginia has at least five wrestlers competing at the NCAA Wrestling Championships.
West Virginia had two Mountaineers win gold at the 2025 Big 12 Wrestling Championships. Hall won at 165 pounds and Strickenberger won at 125 pounds. This marked the first time WVU had two wrestlers win a title at the same conference championship.
Seedings and brackets for the NCAA Wrestling Championships will be announced by the NCAA on Wednesday, March 12.
