No. 12 West Virginia welcomes Texas Tech Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the final regular season home series of the season, and Andrew Caridi sat down with Friday starter Ben Hampton to get his thoughts on tthe Red Raiders and WVU's record-setting campaign.
The De Pere, Wisconsin, resident is 5-1 so far, and out of the 12 games he's pitched, WVU has managed to win 10 of them. He describes where he grew up, West Virginia's hot streak, and of course, the pretzel necklace.
Also, John Antonik stopped by to put this year's historic season into perspective and what makes it so unique compared to others. In year's past, many good Mountaineer squads have been overlooked by the national pundits, but not this one.
