MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - It's Tevin Tucker's turn on the Mountaineer Insider Podcast!
As West Virginia baseball's super season continues, Andrew Caridi sits down with veteran shortstop and graduate student Tevin Tucker. Named the Big 12 Player of the Week on Monday, Tucker is currently fourth in the Big 12 batting an impressive .370 while continuing to dazzle defensively. Having played 172 games during his Mountaineer career, Tevin discusses in length about his recent run, his team, and more.
The 18th-ranked Mountaineers have won 30 games before April and has the Mountain State fully behind them with the Mountaineers on pace to smash the regular season attendance record. More than 12,000 went through the turnstiles during the last four home games at Wagener Field at Monongalia County Ballpark alone.
West Virginia is currently first in the Big 12 and is on the road this weekend for a three-game series with Baylor beginning tonight.
