MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – It's homecoming week in the University City and our Andrew Caridi has a podcast to get you ready for this weekend's festivities.
The Mountaineers welcome TCU to Milan Puskar Stadium on Saturday and with November rapidly approaching, fitness and recovery are crucial. Assistant Athletics Director/Head Coach for Football Strength and Conditioning Mike Joseph joins the podcast to discuss his approach to those aspects, along with his passion for educating.
Saturday also marks the seventh annual Mountaineer Mascot Reunion. Event Organizer Sonja Wilson describes the uniqueness of the Mountaineer Mascot as a representative of the University along with community events planned for those returning.
Wilson worked at WVU for more than three decades.
The GoMart Mountaineer Tailgate Show previewing the TCU game begins at 9 a.m. on stations throughout West Virginia and online via WVUsports.com and the popular Varsity Network and WVU Gameday apps.
