
Weather Moves Up Today’s MAC Opener at WMU

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Due to inclement weather expected in the Kalamazoo, Michigan, area, kickoff of today's West Virginia University men's soccer match at Western Michigan has been moved up to 1 p.m. ET.
The contest is the Mid-American Conference opener for both teams. Kickoff at the WMU Soccer Complex was originally scheduled for 4 p.m.

The Mountaineers (7-4-0) enter the match having won five of their last six, while the Broncos (6-4-1) are 5-0-1 in their last six contests. Saturday's MAC opener is a rematch of last year's MAC semifinals, where WMU, the regular-season champions and ranked No. 4 in the country at the time, earned a 1-0 win on their home pitch.

The scarf ticket package includes a scarf and 10 tickets to be used at any men's or women's soccer match during the 2018 regular season. Packages are just $30 and are available while supplies last. Single match tickets are $5 each and $3 for groups of 10 or more when purchased in advance at WVUGAME.com. At the Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium ticket window, tickets will be $7 for adults, $5 for youth and seniors and $3 for groups. The discounted online pricing will be available until kickoff of the match. Tickets for WVU students are free with a valid student I.D.
