Mountaineers Welcome Battlers to Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University men’s soccer team continues its spring slate on Tuesday, April 11, at 7 p.m. ET, against Alderson Broaddus.
Admission to the match will be free for all fans.
The Mountaineers played their first of five home matches on Saturday, April 6, where they defeated Millersville 3-2, at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium. Goals scored by junior Joey Piatczyc and freshmen Ryan Kellogg and Logan Lucas led West Virginia to their first win of the spring season.
WVU is 1-0-1 in two spring matches.
Alderson Broaddus captured the G-MAC Conference Championship last season after defeating Cedarville in overtime. The Battlers finished their 2016 campaign with an 11-7-2 record.
The home schedule continues on Saturday, April 15, at 3 p.m. against in-state foe Marshall. The Mountaineers then face Charleston on Tuesday, April 18, at 7 p.m. The spring concludes with the annual Alumni Match on Friday, April 21, at 7 p.m.
