Men’s Soccer Spring Schedule Released

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Featuring five home matches in April, the West Virginia men’s soccer team has announced its 2017 spring schedule.

The Mountaineers will play a total of six spring contests. At home, WVU hosts in-state foes Marshall, Charleston and Alderson Broaddus in addition to a matchup with Millersville. West Virginia also will play its annual Alumni Match at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium and travel to VCU during the spring campaign.

The spring schedule begins on April 1 with a road match at VCU, before WVU returns home for the final five matches.

The home slate begins on Saturday, April 8, at 2 p.m. ET against Millersville. The Mountaineers then welcome Alderson Broaddus to Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium on Tuesday, April 11, at 7 p.m.

Marshall will make the trip to Morgantown on Saturday, April 15, at 3 p.m. The Mountaineers face Charleston on Tuesday, April 18, at 7 p.m., to close out the week.

The spring concludes with the annual Alumni Match on Friday, April 21, at 7 p.m.

All home matches will be played at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium and admission will be free for all fans.

2017 Spring Schedule

April 1: at VCU, 7 p.m.

April 8: vs. Millersville, 2 p.m.

April 11: vs. Alderson Broaddus, 7 p.m.

April 15: vs. Marshall, 3 p.m.

April 18: vs. Charleston, 7 p.m.

April 21: Alumni Match, 7 p.m.

Home matches played at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium, admission is free for all fans
