GENERAL INFORMATION
- Event: BYU vs. WVU
- General Will Call Open: 12:30PM (Located at the Ticket Office near NRG Gate A)
- Player Will Call Open: 1:45PM (Located at the Ticket Office near Bank of America Gate E)
- Gates Open: 2:00PM
- Kickoff: 3:30PM
TICKET INFORMATION
- All guests must have a valid ticket for entry
- Lap passes – All children ages two (2) and under may attend free of charge with a lap pass in lieu of an issued ticket. Lap passes are available at all entrance gates on the day of the game. The child must be present to receive a pass. Children age three (3) and over must have an admission ticket
- There is NO-RENTRY. Once a guest exits FedExField, there is no readmission except on a full, unused ticket for the event
- General Will Call pick-up and day of event ticket sales are located at the Ticket Office on the Plaza next to the Hall of Game Store between the Comcast and NRG Gates.
- Player Will Call pick-up is located at the Ticket Office on the Plaza near Bank of America Gate E
- Will Call tickets may only be claimed by the name that appears on the envelope and a Photo ID is required
- The resale of tickets is not permitted on stadium property
PARKING/TRANSPORTATION
- Lots Open: 12:30PM

- Public Transportation Advisory: Due to the ongoing reconstruction of the Metrorail system, there will be weekend service adjustments on September 23rd, 24th and 25th. Orange Line trains will operate every 20 minutes between East Falls Church and New Carrollton. Silver, Blue and Yellow Line trains operate every 20 minutes. Please visit http://www.wmata.com/ for more information in planning your trip to and from FedExField on the day of the event.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE PERMITTED AFTER INSPECTION:
- Small bags are permissible, but must comply with the maximum size for entry, 10”x12”x4”
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Prohibited items must be returned to your car or discarded and may not be left at the stadium gates or on the plaza. FedExField is not responsible for any discarded items.
- Large bags greater than 10”x12”x4” including: backpacks, gym bags, duffel bags, diaper bags, packages, briefcases, purses, fanny packs, etc.
- Food and beverages of any kind
- Seat cushions
- Umbrellas (plastic ponchos are available for sale at select merchandise areas)
- Bottles, jugs, thermoses, cans, coolers, or any other container
- Animals (except for certified guide dogs assisting disabled guests)
- Whistles, horns and other noise makers
- Weapons, firearms
- Illegal drugs
- Folding chairs and strollers
- Laser pointers and selfie sticks
CAMERA POLICY
Still cameras, digital cameras and handheld video cameras are permitted at sporting events, as long as they do not interfere with fan’s game day experience. Guests may not reproduce any shots for any commercial use without the written permission of the Redskins
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
It’s everyone’s responsibility to insure every FedExField experience is great for every fan. We’re looking for you to pledge your support to ensure this is a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Respect all fans by following these simple rules:
- Foul or offensive language is discouraged
- No fighting or engaging in unruly behavior
- Don’t throw anything
- If you drink, drink responsibly
- Always follow instructions from stadium staff
Our stadium staff is here to help. We will promptly intervene when someone isn’t being respectful. Irresponsible fans violating these rules or possessing prohibited items will be ejected and denied entry into the stadium for future games and events.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the seating bowls, Lower Level concourse, portals, tunnels or restrooms of FedExField. Guests wishing to smoke may do so in designated smoking areas.
Smoking is also permitted on the Smoking Deck at the elevator tower at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E).

Guest Services Booths are located by the elevators at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) on all levels. Guest services staff can assist in making your visit more enjoyable by providing information regarding FedExField and its services including:
