Mountaineers Advance to College Cup!

The No. 1-ranked West Virginia University women’s soccer team defeated Duke, 1-0, on Saturday afternoon at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium to advance to its first NCAA College Cup in program history.
Alli Magaletta scored the game-winning goal in the 16th minute off a corner kick from Michaela Abam and a deflection by Kadeisha Buchanan.
The Mountaineers join Georgetown, USC and North Carolina in San Jose, California, for the 2016 College Cup. West Virginia and North Carolina will battle in the semifinals on Friday, Dec. 2, at 5 p.m. ET. The game will be televised on ESPNU.
