LAWRENCE, KANSAS – The No. 2-ranked West Virginia University women’s soccer team boasts a roster of talented, skilled and interesting student-athletes.
This week’s Meet the Mountaineers features two players making a difference on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball – junior forward Michaela Abam, the reigning Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week, and freshman goalkeeper Rylee Foster.

The Mountaineers (10-1-1, 2-0) open their Big 12 Conference road slate at Kansas (8-3-2, 3-0) tonight, with first kick from Rock Chalk Park set for 8 p.m. ET.
