West Virginia Award Winners for the Liberty Game

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performances in the Mountaineers’ 41-17 win against Liberty on Saturday, Sept. 12.
Offensive Champion – Tyler Orlosky; Defensive Champion – Al-Rasheed Benton; Special Teams Champion – Nick Meadows; Offensive Scout Champion – Deonte Glover; Defensive Scout Champion – Adam Shuler.
West Virginia is open this week and faces Maryland on Sept. 26 at 3 p.m., on Fox Sports 1. That game is designated a Gold Rush, presented by GoMart. All fans are encouraged to wear gold for the matchup with the Terps. The game is sold out.
Tickets remain for West Virginia’s other home games with Oklahoma State (Homecoming - Oct. 10), Texas Tech (Nov. 7), Texas (Nov. 14) and Iowa State (Nov. 28).
The Gold mini-package, which consists of tickets to Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and Texas is also still available.
