• Went 3-2 at the Cleveland State Open and placed fourth, picking up a 3-2 decision over Kent State’s Shane Mast, a 4-3 decision over Buffalo’s Lars Schaefle and a win by fall (5:34) over Kent State’s Tyler Bates (Dec. 14)
• Earned a trio of victories at the Shorty Hitchcock Memorial Open, scoring decision wins over Princeton’s Kendall Elfstrum (6-4) and Army’s Jed Smith (5-4) and pinning American International’s Isaiah Collins in 3:59 (Jan. 11)
