• Played in 34 games, with 24 relief appearances on the mound and 12 games played in the field, with two games where he appeared on the mound and at the plate or in the field
• Posted a 2-0 record on the mound with a 5.13 ERA in 26.1 innings pitched and allowed 15 earned runs on 28 hits with 25 strikeouts and 15 walks
• At the plate and in the field, played in 12 games, all off the bench, with six appearances as a pinch runner, four as a pinch hitter and two at second base, and hit .125 with one hit, a double, in eight at-bats with a run scored
• Earned the win on May 11 at TCU in 2.1 shutout innings with a strikeout and one hit allowed in a 4-3 victory
• Picked up his first career victory on May 9 against Virginia Tech, allowing a run on two hits in 1.2 innings
• Allowed just one hit with three strikeouts in 1.2 scoreless innings and came on as a pinch-runner in WVU’s a win over No. 19 Texas on April 29
• Struck out a career-best four batters in 2.0 shutout innings in a win against Canisius on April 18
• Had his first career hit, a double, on April 6 vs. UNLV after he pitched 1.1 scoreless innings
• Pitched a career-high 2.1 innings and allowed no runs on one hit with no walks on March 18 vs. Canisius
• Made his first career appearance on Feb. 17 at Jacksonville, throwing a perfect inning with a strikeout

• Played at Seneca High for coaches Andy Bay and Casey Bowling
• Mountain Lakes Region Player of the Year in 2016
• Earned the Golden Arm award
• Played in the Big-League World Series
• Helped lead his 18U team to the WWBA Perfect Game national championship and earned All-Tournament Team accolades
• Was the top-ranked shortstop and No. 11 overall in the state of South Carolina by Perfect Game
