• Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team
• Appeared in 12 games, including one start, finishing 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA in 16.0 innings
• Registered six consecutive outings with multiple strikeouts from Feb. 27-April 10
• Made his Mountaineer debut on Feb. 16, at Georgia State, allowing two hits and striking out one in an inning of work
• Earned his first career start at Morehead State (March 13), lasting 2.1 innings while striking out a pair
• Pitched 3.2 innings of scoreless work from April 10-21, earning three strikeouts and allowing only three hits

High School

• Attended Perkiomen Valley High and played for coach Ryan Hinkle
• Named a Rawlings-Perfect Game Third Team All-American and Atlantic All-Region First Team honoree in 2018
• Named to the Mercury All-Area First Team, the USA Today All-USA PA First Team and the All-Pioneer Conference First Team in 2018
• Was a two-time First Team All-Pac 10 honoree and Perkiomen Valley Pitcher of the Year
• Named a Perfect Game Underclass Third Team All-American and to the all-area first team as a junior in 2017
• Earned Perfect Game Underclass All-America Honorable Mention and all-area honorable mention accolades as a sophomore in 2016
• Ranked No. 1 among right-handed pitchers and No. 3 overall in Pennsylvania, while he was rated the No. 42 right-hander in the nation by Perfect Game
• Member of the No. 26-ranked 2018 WVU recruiting class, the highest-rated class in program history at the time
