Career Highlights

• Tied for No. 10 in WVU history with 35 stolen bases 

2018 (Sophomore)

• Earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention
• Started all 56 games in center field
• Finished second on the team with 22 stolen bases – which ranked No. 6 in WVU history at the time – in 33 attempts, third with 33 walks, fourth with 58 hits and a .392 on-base percentage, fifth with a .289 batting average and 72 total bases and had 20 RBIs, 30 runs scored, seven doubles, two triples, one home run with a .358 slugging percentage
• Tied for fourth with two game-winning hits
• Finished fourth on the team with 17 multi-hit games and added four multi-RBI contests
• Concluded the season on a seven-game hit streak and had a 13-game reached-base streak
• Had three hits, a stolen base and a run scored in WVU’s Big 12 Championship-opening win against No. 20 Oklahoma State on May 23, and added another two hits and a career-high-tying two stolen bases the next day vs. TCU
• Named the WVU Student-Athlete of the Week on May 21 after he had five hits and two RBIs in WVU’s series against Baylor, from May 17-19
• Drove in two runs, stole two bases, had a hit, walked once and scored a run on May 9 against Virginia Tech
• Had two hits, an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in back-to-back games vs. No. 19 Texas, capped when he drove in the game-winning run with an eighth-inning infield single on April 28
• Had two hits, a walk and a run scored with a sacrifice fly that scored the eventual game-winning run on April 21 against Kansas State
• Had a career-high-tying four hits with four runs scored, two RBIs and a pair of stolen bases on April 11 against Pitt
• Set a career high with four hits on April 3 vs. Niagara, and added a two RBIs
• Drove in a career-best three runs with a home run and two runs scored on March 16 against Niagara 

2017 (Freshman)

• Earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention
• Played in 55 games with 50 starts, all in center field
• Led the team with 13 stolen bases and hit .277 with 44 hits in 159 at-bats with 14 RBIs, four doubles and two triples while walking 21 times for a .360 on-base percentage 
• Had nine multi-hit games and three multi-RBI contests
• Hit safely in eight consecutive games and had a reached-base streak of 16 games, the second-longest on the team
• Tripled, walked once and scored two runs on April 25 at Virginia Tech in the final game of an eight-game hitting streak
• Named the Big 12 Newcomer of the Week on April 17 after having five hits, three walks, two stolen bases and an RBI from April 11-16, including a career-high-tying three hits and two stolen bases on April 15 vs. No. 3 TCU
• Drove in a career-high-tying two runs with a pair of hits, a walk and one stolen base on April 8 vs. Kansas
• Had two hits in three straight games from April 2-April 5 while adding four runs scored, three walks, three stolen bases and an RBI in the span
• Notched a career-high three hits and stole the first two bases of his career while adding a run scored on March 10 at Old Dominion
• Had three hits and two RBIs with a double on Feb. 19 at Charlotte
• In his career debut on Feb. 18 at Charlotte, started in center field and had one double and a walk in one at-bat 

High School

• Played at Winter Springs High for coach Jeff Perez
• Named a 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American and a Florida Region honorable mention by Perfect Game
• Earned Underclass High Honorable Mention All-America accolades in 2015 by Perfect Game
• Ranked the No. 140 player in the state of Florida and No. 25 among outfielders
• Also played football and basketball, and was named to football’s East-West Central Florida All-Star Game 

Personal

• Son of Curtis and DeLaine White
• Has two brothers and one sister
• Father, Curtis, played football at Florida and in the NFL for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
• Mother, DeLaine, was a cheerleader at WVU
• Cousin, Noel Devine, played football at WVU and in the NFL
• Birthday is August 28
• Major in athletic coaching education
