2018-19 (Junior)

• All-Big 12 First Team
• Competed at the 2019 Phillips 66 National Championships
• Led off the 200 free relay team by setting a new school record in the 50 free, which helped the relay team break the school record with a third-place (1:31.45) finish at the Big 12 Championship; also a member of the fourth-place (3:21.75) 400 free relay team
• Helped the 200 medley relay team earn a fourth-place finish (1:40.18) and the 400 medley team earn a silver medal (3:37.71) at the Big 12 Championship
• Touched the wall in 22:42 in the 50 free to earn a B cut and bronze medal at the Big 12 Championship; also finished ninth overall in the 100 fly after winning the consolation final (55.14) and earned a sixth-place finish in the 100 free (49.93) in the 100 free
• Collected a victory in the 50 free (23.63) and finished second in the 100 free (51.97) at Iowa State; also a member of the 200 medley and 400 free relay teams
• Won two individual events against TCU – 50 free (20.94) and 100 free (52.57)
• A member of the winning 200 medley relay and third-place 400 free relay teams at Pitt; also finished in second in the 50 free (23.30) and third in the 100 free (52.49)
• Earned a trip to the 50 free A final and placed ninth overall (22.83) and finished 17th overall in the 100 free (50.54) at the Ohio State Invitational; also a member of the 200 and 400 free and 200 medley relay teams
• Earned one individual win (50 free – 23.54) and two relay wins (200 medley – 1:44.40 and 400 free – 3:30.07) against Seton Hall and Xavier; also placed second in the 100 free (52.82)
• Set an individual pool record in the 50 free with a time of 23.45 at Villanova; also helped the 200 medley relay team set a record with a 1:44.10
• Collected five wins at the West Virginia State Games in the 200 freestyle relay (1:35.63), 50 free (23.37), 400 medley relay (3:47.85), 200 medley relay (1:44.92) and 400 free relay (3:35.37)

2017-18 (Sophomore)

• All-Big 12 First Team
• Academic All-Big 12 First Team
• Helped 200 free and 400 medley relays to school records at the Big 12 Championship; both earned silver medals
• Also aided 400 free relay team to a silver medal at the conference meet
• Finished third in 50 free at Big 12 Championship, earning the bronze medal in 22.51 (NCAA B-cut)
• Placed seventh in 100 free at Big 12s, earning a time of 50.24
• Finished 11th overall in the 100 butterfly at Big 12s
• A member of first-place 400 medley relay team vs. Villanova/Iowa State; also finished third in 50 free (24.06)
• Earned four second-place finishes vs. Pitt, including two in relays (200 medley, 400 free)
• Placed second in the 50 free (23.92) against the Panthers, as well as in the 100 free (53.19)
• Tallied three wins at TCU, including two on relay teams
• Won the 50 free against the Horned Frogs, touching the wall in 24.13
• Raced in B final of 50 free at Ohio State Invite, finishing 16th overall in 23.11
• Also swam in D final of 100 free at OSU Invite, taking 34th place in 51.20

2016-17 (Freshman)

• All-Big 12 Second Team
• Recorded third-fastest 50 free time in school history during NCAA B-cut qualifying 22.95 in Big 12 Championship prelim; finished sixth overall in the event
• Won consolation final in 100 freestyle at Big 12 Championship; her time of 50.71 was the fastest mark of the season in the event
• Helped 400 medley relay team to bronze medal at Big 12 Championship
• Part of winning 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams vs. TCU
• Helped 400 medley relay team to a win at Iowa State
• Notched first individual win in 50 freestyle vs. Bucknell (24.07)
• Won 100 freestyle vs. Bucknell (53.18) and was part of winning 400 freestyle relay team

High School

• Swam at Christus High where she was coached by her father, Francisco Nilton
• Competed at the World Championships in Dubai, placing ninth in the 50 freestyle
