• Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team
• Finished 2-1 with a 1.52 ERA in 23.2 innings pitched
• Allowed just four earned runs with 12 strikeouts and three walks
• Made his collegiate debut on Feb. 16, at Jacksonville, allowing just one run on three hits in five innings on way to a win
• Tough-luck loser against Illinois on Feb. 23, allowing just two runs in a complete-game performance
• Tossed six, strong innings at Richmond on March 1, striking out three in six innings; allowed just one run on three hits
• Struck out a season-best five hitters on March 8, at Mercer

• All-state honoree in 2017 and 2018
• Named state player of the year by Charleston Gazette-Mail as a senior
• Also earned player of the year honors by Prep Baseball Report

• Helped team to AAA state championship as a sophomore and senior
