MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University tennis team advanced all three student-athletes to their respective singles finals on Day Two of the Bedford Cup.
In East Flight One Singles, senior
Audrey Moutama and freshman Zuzana Saxana Kudlackova each secured semifinal victories to set up an all-Mountaineer championship match.
In East Flight Two Singles, graduate student
Julie Bousseau continued her strong tournament run, advancing with a semifinal win to earn a spot in Sunday's final matches.
In doubles play, two Mountaineers competed. Kudlackova and
Laura Villanueva Morillo received a first-round bye and advanced directly to the quarterfinals, where they fell 3-6. Moutama and Bousseau earned a first-round victory before falling in the quarterfinals.
