MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Big 12 Conference has announced the 2025 women's soccer conference schedule.
The Mountaineers' 2025 league slate features six home matches at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium in Morgantown. WVU will welcome two opponents, including Arizona State and Houston, to Morgantown for the first time. Additionally, West Virginia will square off against Utah for the first time in program history and against BYU for the first time as league foes.
WVU kicks off conference play with a three-game road swing, beginning at UCF in Orlando, Florida, on Thursday, Sept. 18. The Mountaineers will then depart for their first-ever trip to the state of Utah, with a two-game swing against BYU and Utah. West Virginia meets the Cougars on Wednesday, Sept. 24, before capping the week against the Utes on Saturday, Sept. 27.
Big 12 play in Morgantown officially begins on Thursday, Oct. 2, as the Mountaineers welcome Arizona to Morgantown for the first time since 2004. The Sun Devils of Arizona State will then visit Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium for the first time in program history on Sunday, Oct. 5.
West Virginia wraps up a three-game homestand on Friday, Oct. 10, when Houston visits Morgantown, also a first-time trip for the Cougars.
The Mountaineers then set out for a familiar road swing through the state of Kansas, opening the weekend in Lawrence and taking on Kansas on Thursday, Oct. 16. WVU travels to Manhattan on Sunday, Oct. 19, for a match against Kansas State.
WVU will then complete its conference and regular season with three home matches, beginning with a Thursday, Oct. 23, contest against Iowa State. Oklahoma State will then visit Morgantown on Sunday, Oct. 26. The regular season wraps up on Thursday, Oct. 30, when Cincinnati visits Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium.
The 2025 Big 12 Soccer Championship will take place from Monday, Nov. 3 through Saturday, Nov. 8. The league is introducing a new format for this year's championship, which will feature eight teams in a single-elimination bracket. The quarterfinal and semifinal matches will be hosted at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas, while the championship match will be hosted by Baylor in Waco, Texas.
West Virginia's 2025 nonconference schedule will be released at a later date. All dates, times and locations are subject to change.
