Mountaineers to Compete at 2024 TYR Pro Swim Series

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Nine swimmers from the West Virginia University swimming and diving teams will compete in the 2024 TYR Pro Swim Series from April 10-13, at the NISD Swim Center in San Antonio.
West Virginia will be represented by Mia Cheatwood, Ivan Puskovitch, William Mullen, Ada Szwabinska, Roanoke Shirk, Conner McBeth, Braden Osborn, Danny Berlitz and Justin Heimes.
The Mountaineers will be competing with some of the best swimmers in the world as this meet is the final stop before the Olympic Trials from June 15-23, in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium.
West Virginia already has one swimmer set to compete at the Olympic Trials as Heimes qualified in the 100 backstroke event on March 3.
Puskovitch became just the second Mountaineer to qualify for the Olympics following his performance at the 2024 World Aquatics Championships in February. Puskovitch will compete in the marathon swimming event in Paris.
The following is a schedule of events for the meet. The Mountaineers who will be competing in the event are also listed.
