• Swam the second fastest time in program history while placing third in the 200-yard backstroke (1:41.20) at the 2025 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships
• Set a program record in the 200-yard freestyle (1:34.93) at the 2025 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships
• Part of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that set a program record (6:24.88) at the Big 12 Championships
• Part of the 400-yard medley relay team that swam the third fastest time in program history (3:09.06) at the Big 12 Championships

• Became the first Mountaineer to win the 400-yard IM (3:43.02) at the 2024 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships

• NCAA Qualifier 
• Placed 37th in the 200-yard breaststroke (1:55.70), 42nd in the 200-yard individual medley (1:44.50) and 19th in the 400-yard IM (3:42.53) at the NCAA Championships
• Set the school record in the 200 IM (1:44.50) at the NCAA Championships
• Qualified for the 2024 Olympic Trials in the 400-meter individual medley (4:17.46) and the 200-meter individual medley (2:00.36) at the Phillips 66 National Championship 
• Broke the school record at the Phillips 66 National Championship in the 200-meter individual medley with a time of 2:00.36, finishing sixth
• Set the school record in the 400-meter individual medley (4:17.46) at the Phillips 66 National Championship 
• Finished first in 400-yard individual medley (3:52.71) against Pittsburgh
• Finished first in 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard individual medley (1:47.92) against Penn State
• Finished first in 400-yard medley relay with Justin Heimes, David Snider and Conner McBeth against Villanova

• A member of the 2021 Big Ten Champion 800 free relay
• Competed in the 400 IM (25th – 3:46.86) and the 500 free (40th – 4:20.05) at the 2021 NCAA Championships
• At the 2021 Big Ten Championships, Berlitz took second in the 400 IM (3:41.45), seventh in the 1650 (15:03.97) and ninth in the 200 IM (1:44.15)
• Qualified for the 2020 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships in the 1650 free
• In 2020, Berlitz finished fourth in the 200 IM (1:49.57) and sixth in the 400 IM (3:47.49) at Conference Championships; also, competed in the 200 breast (1:58.54)

High School

• Attended Marian Catholic High School and swam under coach Matt Beckwith
• Competed for Parkland Aquatic Club, also under coach Beckwith
• Four-time PIAA Class AA state champion
• 2019 PIAA Class AA Swimmer of the Meet
• Set the PIAA Class AA state record in the 500-yard free in 2019
