MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The No. 22 West Virginia University is back on the road this weekend for a three-game series at Texas Tech. First pitch on Friday is set for 7:30 p.m. ET, Saturday for 3 p.m. ET, and Sunday for 2 p.m. ET.
All three games will air on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ and can be heard on the Mountaineers Sports Network on all radio affiliates as well as the Varsity Network, WVU Gameday App, and WVUSports.com.
The Mountaineers are 23-13 overall and sit atop the Big 12 standings at 11-4 alongside Oklahoma. WVU is coming off two consecutive conference sweeps over Kansas and No. 17 UCF and most recently defeated Pitt on Tuesday in front of a record 4,614 fans at Kendrick Family Ballpark.

Derek Clark will toe the rubber on Friday and Saturday for the Mountaineers. Major leads the squad with 63 strikeouts while Clark is 4-0 with a 2.15 ERA, lowest among qualified pitchers in the Big 12.
Senior
Reed Chumley is hitting .318 on the season with a team-high 10 home runs. Sophomore
Sam White and
Logan Sauve as well as juniors
JJ Wetherholt and
Brodie Kresser are also hitting above .300 on the season for the Mountaineers.
Texas Tech is 26-13 overall this season and 9-9 in the Big 12. The Red Raiders have the top offense in the conference as they lead the Big 12 in batting (.322), scoring (9.6), doubles (96), on-base (.431), and slugging (.548).
Damian Bravo leads the team with a .420 batting and is third in the country with 19 doubles.
Out of the bullpen, Parker Hutyra has a 0.44 ERA in 14 appearances while Josh Sanders is sporting a 1.80 ERA in 18 appearances.
