Box Score MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University tennis team (5-2, 0-0 Big 12) topped Mount St. Mary's 6-1, Saturday evening at the Summit Tennis Academy in Morgantown.

Miha Lisac. "Today I thought we finished the weekend well and took care of business when we had to. We are looking forward to our next weekend road trip to Virginia Tech."
Saturday's competition against the Mount began with doubles play, where fifth-year senior
Pei-Ju Hsieh and redshirt freshman
Maja Dodik claimed the first victory of the dual match, with a 6-1 win over Mount St. Mary's Ana Alvarez-Storni and Adriana Barney.
The Mountaineers then went on to clinch the doubles point after sophomore pair
Camilla Bossi and
Catherine Wassick defeated the Mount's Victoria Papadopoulou and Shirley Liang, before stopping sophomore
Michaela Kucharova and junior
Momoko Nagato at 4-4.
During singles play, Bossi, Kucharova, Nagato, Dodik, and Hsieh all claimed victories in two sets for the Mountaineers.
Wassick suffered WVU's only loss of the day, as she fell to Alvarez-Storni, 3-6, 5-7.
