MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Tonight's Backyard Brawl matchup between the West Virginia University baseball team and Pitt has been postponed, due to inclement weather in the Morgantown area.
Information about a makeup date will be announced at a later time. Fans with tickets to Tuesday's originally-scheduled contest may exchange them for tickets to another game at Monongalia County Ballpark this season.
West Virginia continues Big 12 action with a weekend series at No. 7 Texas Tech from March 29-31. The series commences on Thursday, March 29, at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT, and continues on Friday night, also at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT. The finale is set for Saturday at 3 p.m. Thursday night's game will air on Fox Sports Southwest, Friday's will be broadcast nationally on FS1, and Saturday's contest is slated for a Fox Sports Southwest Plus telecast.
