FAQs:
How will my child receive their membership items?All Mountaineer Kids Club membership packages will be mailed to the address provided during registration unless otherwise noted. Membership packages will begin shipping on August 3 and will continue to be mailed on a bi-weekly basis.
What ages are eligible for the Mountaineer Kids Club?
Due to NCAA regulations, Mountaineer Kids Club memberships are available for children in eighth grade or below.
How do members receive their FREE tickets to WVU Athletics events?
Each member will receive their own personalized Mountaineer Kids Club ID badge. This badge serves as your ticket for free admission to all regular-season home Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Gymnastics, and Wrestling events.
Simply present your badge at the gate to cheer on the Mountaineers!
My child lost their ID badge. Can we receive a replacement?
Your Mountaineer Kids Club ID badge provides access to all eligible free admission events, so please keep it in a safe space throughout the year. Replacement badges will NOT be issued.
Can we purchase additional tickets for the WVU Football vs. UT Martin game in the Family Fun Zone?
Yes! Mountaineer Kids Club members will receive information via email at a later date on how to claim their FREE ticket for the WVU football vs. UT Martin game.
Additional Family Fun Zone tickets will be available for purchase for family members. More information, including ticket instructions, will be shared prior to game week.

Photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings may be taken during Mountaineer Kids Club and WVU Athletics events and activities.
By registering for the Mountaineers Kids Club, you grant West Virginia University and WVU Athletics permission to photograph, record, film, and/or use the image or voice of you or your child for promotional purposes, publications, and other media platforms now known or developed in the future.
If you do not wish for WVU Athletics to use you or your child's image or voice, please submit your request in writing by contacting MKC@mail.wvu.edu.
