MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – After leading the West Virginia University tennis team with three singles wins this weekend, freshman Anastasiia Bovolskaia suffered her first loss of the weekend in the second round of the singles main draw at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Atlantic Regionals in Lynchburg, Virginia, on Sunday afternoon.
"Nastya (Anastasiia Bovolskaia) represented WVU well today, and I was proud of the toughness she brought throughout the tournament," said assistant coach Emily Harman. "Overall, we gained valuable experience this weekend, and we are confident that we will build on the lessons learned."
