Tennis Set for Saturday Clash with Duquesne

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University tennis team (4-1) returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 14, as it hosts Duquesne (3-3) at noon at the Summit Tennis Academy.
WVU comes off its first road match of the season, a 1-6 setback at Indiana on Feb. 6. Prior to that, West Virginia opened the spring season with strong home results, including wins over Temple and Cleveland State.
Saturday marks the 34th all-time meeting between West Virginia and Duquesne. The Mountaineers hold a 30-3 advantage in the series and earned a narrow 4-3 victory over the Dukes last season.
Fans in attendance will receive a raffle ticket for a Nintendo Switch giveaway can enjoy pizza and a Valentine's Day celebration at the Summit Tennis Academy. First serve is at noon and admission is free.
