Radio and Online Streaming Schedule Announced

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The radio broadcast schedule and affiliate list has been announced for the 2017 West Virginia University baseball season.

The Mountaineer Sports Network from IMG will broadcast 40 regular-season games in 2017. The schedule begins on March 14 vs. Morehead State and continues with every game through the end of the season, including the Big 12 Championship.
Fans across the state will be able to listen to the Mountaineers on various affiliates, including flagship stations WMMN 920 AM in Fairmont and WRLF 94.3 FM in Morgantown/Fairmont.
Additionally, fans across the country can listen to the broadcast on the WVU Gameday App and the TuneInRadio App on their mobile device and online at WVUsports.com.
“We are excited to announce our radio schedule for the 2017 WVU baseball season,” Senior Associate Athletic Director/External Affairs Matt Wells said. “We look forward to adding Dan Zangrilli to our baseball broadcast team. We are also very appreciative of our network sponsors and radio affiliates across the state for their support of Mountaineer baseball.”
Zangrilli is in his first season as play-by-play voice of the Mountaineers. Zangrilli joins the WVU baseball program after serving as the pregame and postgame host for the Pittsburgh Pirates Radio Network. Ernie Galusky returns for his 10th season as the color analyst.
For the 40-game radio schedule, fans can listen to the Mountaineers on WMMN 920 AM and WRLF 94.3 FM in Morgantown/Fairmont. WRLF’s complete schedule can be found below. Fans in Beckley can tune in to WBKW 1070 AM, while WJYP 1300 AM, WMON 1340 AM and WSCW 1410 AM while broadcast games in Charleston. In Clarksburg, WPDX 104.9 FM and WPDX 750 AM will carry Mountaineer baseball, and fans in Hinton can tune in to WMTD 102.3 FM.
For each broadcast, the pregame show will begin 15 minutes prior to first pitch.
