• At Big 12 Championships, he earned a bronze medal as a member of the 400 medley relay team (3:13.84) at Big 12 Championships
• Huerta competed in two individual A Finals at Big 12s, including the 100 breast (4th - 53.76) and the 200 breast (2:04.10); also touched the wall in 21.06 to place 14th in the 50 free
• Participated in the 100 breast (56.13) and the 50 free (25.75) against Notre Dame
• Touched the wall in 55.99 to place third in the season-opening meet at Pitt

2019-20 (Sophomore)

• All-Big 12 First Team
• Represented WVU at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship
• Collected a bronze medal in the 100 breaststroke A final at the Big 12 Championship, touching the wall in 53.63; also placed eighth in the 200 breast A final (2:01.73) 
• Earned silver-medal finishes as a member of the 200 medley relay (1:25.59) and 400 medley relay (3:09.00) 
• In the regular-season finale against George Washington, he earned victories in the 200 medley relay (1:29.33) and 100 breast (55.36), as well as a third-place finish in the 200 breast (2:08.32)
• Against Villanova, he earned a win as a member of the 400 medley relay team (3:19.80) and in the 100 (56.54) and 200 (2:07.35) breaststroke
• Earned victories in the 200 medley relay (1:30.97) and 100 breaststroke (56.91) at TCU; also earned a third-place finish as a member of the 200 free relay with a time of 1:27.54
• Tallied a pair of wins at SMU, including the 200 medley relay (1:29.41) and 100 breast (56.33); also finished fifth in the 200 breast with a time of 2:08.41
• Grabbed a pair of victories in the 200 medley relay (1:28.24) and the 100 breast (55.56) against Pitt, as well as a sixth-place finish in the 200 breast (2:09.00)
• Reached the finals in two events at the WVU Invitational, highlighted by a victory in the 100 breast (54.34), as well as a sixth-place finish in the 200 breast A final (2:03.04)
• Also earned a pair of relay wins in the 400 medley relay (3:11.35) and the 200 medley relay (1:26.99) at the WVU Invite
• Earned victories in the 100 breaststroke (55.71), 200 breast (2:07.10), 200 medley relay (1:28.56) and 400 medley relay (3:18.87) at the West Virginia State Games
• Also competed in the 50 free, 200 IM and 200 free relay at the State Games
• Placed third in the 100 breaststroke (57.26) and fifth in the 200 breast (2:10.32) at WVU’s season-opening meet at Penn State; also placed second as a member of the 200 medley relay (1:29.19)

2018-19 (Freshman)

• All-Big 12 Second Team
• Dominican Republic National Team Qualifier
• Swam at the 2019 International Swimming Federation World Championship Games in Gwangju, Republic of Korea
• Took 11th overall in his consolation-final swim in the 200 IM, fourth (53.79) in the 100 breast and sixth (2:00.67) in the 200 breast at the Big 12 Championship
• Finished in third place in the 100 breast (56.10) against TCU
• Finished in second place (56.92) in the 100 breast and 27th overall in the 200 breast (2:04.48) at the Ohio State Invitational
• Swam in the 100 breast B final and finished 15th overall with a 55.64 at the OSU
• Made his collegiate debut in the 200 breast (2:10.71) at the West Virginia State Games

High School

• Swam at Colegio San Judas Tadeo and the SPIRE Institute for coach, and WVU alumnus, Thad Schultz
• Competed at TYR Pro Swim Series – Atlanta
• Also a participant at FINA World Junior Championships in 2017 and Central American and Caribbean Games in 2018
• Held top times of 28.92 in 50 breast (LCM), 1:03.50 in 100 breast (LCM) and 2:21.59 in 200 breast (LCM)
