• Second Team All-Big 12
• CSCAA Qualifier
• Competed in the B final of the 100 fly, swam a 48.52, good for 18th overall at the CSCAA National Invitational; also appeared in the 200 fly (1:52.36), the 50 fly (22.48) and the 50 back (23.98)
• Also at CSCAAs, Ingram had a top-ten finish with the 800 free relay, securing a time of 6:41.93, good for 10th-place
• Took fifth in the 200 fly at the 2022 Big 12 Championships, touching the wall in 1:49.69
• Additionally, at Big 12s, Ingram finished seventh in both the 100 fly (48.32) and 100 back (49.66)
• Tallied a trio of third-place finishes against Villanova, including the 100 fly (50.95), the 200 fly (1:56.66) and the 200 free relay (3:11.17); also helped the 200 medley relay secure second-place (1:33.84)
• Competed in the A finals of the 100 fly (2nd – 48.25), the 100 back (4th – 50.09) and the 200 fly (5th – 1:51.27) at the WVU Invitational
• Also appeared in the B final of the 200 back (1:51.03) and the C final of the 50 free (21.89); Ingram was a member of the third-place 200 medley relay (1:30.55) and the 400 free relay (3rd – 3:02.15)
• Against Penn State, he took fourth in the 100 back (52.08) and sixth in the 200 back (1:53.85); additionally, helped the 200 free relay secure second with a time of 1:27.46
• Tallied his first collegiate victory in the 200 back (1:54.24) at the WV State Games; also touched second in the 100 back (51.93), third in the 100 fly (50.40) and fourth in the 200 fly (1:56.44)
• Additionally, at State Games, he was a member of the 200 free relay (3rd – 1:28.86), the 400 medley relay (3rd – 3:32.90), the 400 free relay (3rd – 3:15.67) and the 200 medley relay (2nd – 1:34.06)

High School

• Swam club for American Energy Swim Club under coach Chris Van Slooten
• Competed at the 2021 Speedo Sectionals and took third in the 100 fly and fourth in the 200 fly
• Three-time Oklahoma State Champion in the 100 fly and a two-time state champion in the 200 fly
• Won the 200 back at the 2020 the state championships touching the wall in 1:51.75; also took second in the 200 fly
• Swam in the finals of the 50 fly, 100 fly and 200 fly at the 2019 Speedo Championship Series in Columbia
• Finished second in the 200 back and fourth in the 50 free and 500 free at states (2018)
• At the 2017 Oklahoma State Championship, Ingram won the 100 free, 200 free and 400 IM, as well as took second in the 50 free, 200 IM, 200 fly, 100 back and 100 fly
• Competed in the finals of the 100 fly at the Oklahoma AESC Elite Meet in 2016
